Casa De La CanciÃ3n is a newly constructed/renovated, 2500 sqft home located in the heart of San Francisco, Nayarit, also known as San Pancho, Mexico.

• This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sits just blocks from San Pancho Beach and is within a short walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
• This house features a beautiful rooftop pool, palapa and outdoor dining space suited for up to 10 guests. The second floor features a very large primary suite and secondary suite, both with walk-in bathrooms, large closets and private balconies.
• The first floor contains a king-sized primary room and a secondary room with a queen bed below a full-sized bunk bed, with a shared full bathroom.
• The kitchen has a large refrigerator and opens to the living room and pool patio, ideal for serving food/drink for entertaining. The pool can be heated in the cooler months and the patio contains a private BBQ grill.
• The house has a very sophisticated water purification system that cleans all of the main water line as it enters the property, so there is no need for bottles of water.
• Additional amenities include a laundry room, private entrance with keyless entry, fully fenced private backyard, and shared beach access.

Reservation does not allow pets.

Must take place on mutually agreed upon dates, based on availability. Blackout dates include Nov. 15 - Feb. 28 and all major holidays.

You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 19. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
