This intimate 7-course prix fixe menu, will be crafted by Executive Chef Tim Moore, celebrating the season's finest ingredients through thoughtful, artfully composed dishes. Each course will be expertly paired with rare library selections and standout releases from the incredible Early Mountain Winery Cellar - rich in properties that are unique from Virginia's soil and sun.

And you will be gifted an Early Mountain collector's set of their pinnacle wines - 2019 RISE and 2020 INTENTION -beautifully presented in a custom collector's box.
