Home base will be the stunning Villa Battisole on Lake Trasimeno, a luxurious, expansive stone farmhouse with elegant art, custom woodwork, panoramic views and incomparable details.

Spend quality time with Chef Mary Sue, cycling, cooking, and celebrating the region's incredible Fall bounty, including the start of the olive harvest and the arrival of olio nuovo.

Each day will include a fully-supported bike ride, complete with cultural stops. Bikes and tour guides included. You can join, opt to ride in support van, or decide to spend time at the villa at your leisure.

The rest of the time will be dedicated to learning about local heritage and ingredients, through hands-on cooking sessions at Villa Battisole's large kitchen, and with meals and meetings with local chefs and producers.

All meals are included and wine served with dinners. Coffee and Gelato stops during rides.
