Burnt Hill Farm is the next frontier from siblings - winemaker Lisa Hinton, visionary farmer Drew Baker, and operations lead Ashli Johnson - behind Old Westminster Winery, Vinepair's Winery of Year Finalist this year.
Burnt Hill Farm, in the heart of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve, 30 minutes outside of Washington DC, is the culmination of years spent watching, listening and learning from the land.
The wines of Burnt Hill Farm are Estate Reds and Inspired Colaborations. Each bottle reflects the place - fermented with wild yeast, aged in native ash wood foeders, and shared exclusively on the farm.
Chef/Partner Tae Strain - former executive chef of Momofuku DC - showcases the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic, highlighting the farm and community of artisans and watermen, with thoughtful dishes.
Just for your group of up to 6 guests, chef Tae will prepare a special tasting menu with wine pairings, offered Friday - Sunday.
