This is going to be an epic night of big flavor, seasonal comforts, wood-fired Kansas beef, coastal oysters, and superb libations that you don't want to miss.

Chef/owner Nick Korbee is a former New York chef with a Kansas connection. Since opening First Mile Kitchen in 2022, chef Korbee's menus featuring locally grown and raised foods has been getting rave reviews by local food critics and happy patrons.

This destination-worthy meal will go something like this...

Your evening starts with cocktails and a live fire grilling demo on an Argentine-style hearth. You'll then enjoy a beef-centric tasting menu highlighting Kansas-raised beef including American Wagyu, as well as oysters from both coasts. Cellar selection of wines will complement your dinner.
