Tucked inside the Minnesota Street Project, a contemporary art gallery space within the Dogpatch district, chef Heena creates bold and exciting twists, putting a California spin on traditional dishes.

Chef Heena's life path brought her on a journey from India, to London, eventually landing in the Bay Area, carrying with her the flavors of her experiences. With stints at critically acclaimed State Bird Provisions and Jardiniere, chef Heena honed her vision for Besharam.
