Recognizing our Honorees: Marjie Quint and Nancy Tabas

For the past 18 years, Hope Partnership for Education has gathered champions, staff, and community advocates at the Friendraiser to celebrate the collective efforts of our students and members of the alumni community. Coming together for this celebration is meaningful and provides a unifying space to recognize the importance of our Core Values-Academic Excellence, Compassion, Hope, Hospitality, Joy, and Respect.

This year, Hope is thrilled to honor two Champions who have served as inspiration for students, to Hope staff, and to the greater Philadelphia community, Mrs. Marjie Quint and Mrs. Nancy Tabas. Mrs. Quint and Mrs. Tabas both served as Board of Trustee members, on the Advancement Committee, Marketing Committee, and as after-school art enrichment teachers at Hope Partnership School. Their collective years of service with Hope has spanned almost since the founding of our school is 2005.

This year's Honorees have advocated for our vision to provide a transformational education to all youth in Fairhill and have acted as cherished teammates to nourish and enrich student growth year after year.

"The Excellence of Hope" annual Friendraiser celebrates Hope Partnership for Education's students, staff, and members of the alumni network with champions at our largest community and fundraising event of the year. On behalf of the Board of Trustees and Mr. Virgil Sheppard, President & CEO, join us for a joy-filled evening of live music, dinner, and a silent auction!
