Host an unforgettable in-home dining experience for up to 18 guests, inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Mediterranean coast. This intimate evening features a lobster paella prepared outdoors by James Beard Award-winning chef Rob Evans, former owner of Duckfat and Hugo's in Portland, Maine. Cooked in a grand paella pan before your guests, the meal is both a culinary centerpiece and a captivating experience. Joining the evening is James Beard Award winner Arlin Smith, Owner and General Manager of Big Tree Hospitality and Eventide Oyster Co., who will elevate the gathering with a refined East Coast raw bar experience, complete with oyster-shucking and all the classic accompaniments. The evening is paired with a case of Spanish Cava from Central Distributors, setting the tone for a relaxed yet sophisticated celebration-where guests can sip, savor, and linger over exceptional food in good company.
