The 17th Annual Ray & Robin Crothers Memorial 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain. Come watch the CCSU Cross-Country team compete at the Ted Owen Invite at 11am/noon and then stay and run/walk the Ray and Robin Crothers Fun Run at 1pm.

12:45 PM - Kids 400-meter Race (no entry fee)
1:00 PM - Ray & Robin Crothers 2-mile Run/Walk Entry Fee: $25 donation ($5 for CCSU students with student ID)
To Donate and Register for the Race, please click on the Donate Link at the right and at the end of the Donation Process you will be asked Race Registration Questions so that we will know what to expect from you on Race Day.
Race day Registration: Registration opens at 11am on Race Day.
Age Group Categories:
2-mile run: Age ranges under 18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and above (answer questions at check-out)
Courses:
Start and finish will be near the soccer fields where there will be refreshments, raffles and special recognitions.
400 kids race will be one grass loop around the soccer field marked by cones.
2-mile race will be two pond loops starting and finishing on soccer fields. The 2-Mile course will be a mix of grass and pavement.
Start Line/Finish Line Sign Sponsorship: If you would like a sign sponsor please donate $200. Please donate by September 8th to give us enough time to create sponsorship sign.
