Eight lucky guests will embark on an extraordinary dining experience at the New England Air Museum, featuring a six-course dinner crafted by none other than our chef-in-residence, Jeffrey Daigneau, owner of Lattitude Restaurant in West Springfield.

Your evening begins with sparkling wine and elegant appetizers served aboard the only surviving VS-44 flying boat in the world. This aircraft is a breathtaking piece of aviation heritage, originally used for priority passengers flying from New York to Ireland. Later, it was owned by actress Maureen O'Hara.

From there, you'll savor four exquisite courses prepared by Chef Daigneau, each perfectly paired with hand-selected wines and craft cocktails from his private collection.

As the night winds down, dessert will be served in our fully restored DC-3, where history, atmosphere, and culinary artistry come together in perfect harmony. This iconic aircraft revolutionized commercial aviation, and our plane was fully restored by the museum's restoration crew to resemble the first commercial flight out of Bradley Airfield.

Your foursome will include Michael Breed, you, and two guests. Michael is a CBS Sports' PGA Announcer, host of the PGA pre-round coverage "Course Record with Michael Breed," and host of the daily radio show "A New Breed of Golf." Michael also is a pro's pro working with many of the top professionals on the tour. Golf Digest ranked him as the top instructor in New York State and #10 in America. Golf Magazine ranks Michael in the Top 100 Instructors in America, and the PGA of America has named him the National Teacher of the Year.

You can just enjoy the course and Michael's company, or ask him to help you and your guests with your games. This outing can be arranged at a mutually convenient time during the 2026 golf season.

The excursion will originate from Norwalk Cove Marina, cruise down Long Island Sound, and pass the Norwalk and Greenwich Islands. From there it will continue west past LaGaurdia Airport and down the East River to Manhattan. The cruise will navigate around the Statue of Liberty and then return to Norwalk..

A seafood lunch will be served on board including Norwalk local oysters, lobster rolls, salad, plus crisp white wine.

Cocktails and dinner for up to ten people aboard ODALISQUE, a vintage 125-foot FEADSHIP motor yacht

This is a unique opportunity for you and your guests to enjoy an evening on the water on an impeccably restored Feadship which, except for you, is only used by its owner.

Odalisque's tender will greet you and your guests at the Indian Harbor Yacht Club (or another nearby location of your choosing) and transport you into Long Island Sound to board the boat. You will be royally cared for by a crew of seven trained to tend to your every need.

Your evening will start with cocktails on the boat deck followed by dinner on the aft deck. Chef Pierre Lorenzelli will work with you on a menu and prepare a meal only available in the finest restaurants. Drinks and wine are included or, if you have particular wines you want to drink, you can bring your own.
