This year's theme, "Building Momentum: (re) Shaping Men's Mental Health" will shine a spotlight on how men's wellness deeply impacts families, workplaces, and communities.

Men's mental health is a community issue. It affects partners, families, workplaces, and communities. When men thrive, everyone benefits. That's why we're building momentum - uniting everyone to reshape the conversation, break barriers, and drive change. This event is more than a celebration - it's a movement!

Together, we'll honor remarkable Guardians for Good, hear from powerful voices in men's mental health, and act to fuel hope, help, and healing.
