Work directly with Chef Brandon in advance to design a personalized menu tailored to your preferences and dietary needs, whether you envision a sophisticated plated dinner, a family-style feast, or a themed culinary experience. On the day of your event, Chef Brandon will arrive with ingredients, cook in your kitchen, and present each course with restaurant-quality finesse.
