Attire: Prom dresses and suits or tuxes of any vintage- have fun and get creative!

What to Bring: Credit Card, Fully Charged Cell Phone, Dancing Shoes, Energy for a Fun Night of Fundraising!
Tickets: All guests will be on a list or provided electronic Check-In (no paper ticket)
Food & Beverage: Passed Appetizers, Plated Dinner, Dessert, Bar, Signature Cocktail. There will be DANCING!
WIFI: Network TBA at the Event- Please stay tuned.

5:30 - 6:50 pm: Guest Check In and Reception (Games, Cash Bar, Appetizers, Virtual Silent Auction) Photo booth open. Signature drink by MN Inboard Water Sports
6:45 p.m. Final call for seating in the Ballroom
6:50 - 9:00pm: Dinner and Live Program with Auctioneer Nick Engbloom of Auction Crasher
7:45 pm: On-line Silent Auction Closes
9:15pm-10:45pm: Gen X Jukebox Sponsored by MN Inboard Water Sports -Dancing, Dessert, and Games Continue
9:30-11:00 pm: Auction Checkout
11:00pm: Event Ends

POST EVENT AUCTION PICKUP DETAILS

Directions: Enter the DSC and take the elevator to the lower level, enter Room 109 and someone will assist you.

AUCTION DETAILS:

Bidding opens: Monday, February 16 at 9:00 a.m.

Bidding closes: Saturday, February 21 at 7:45 p.m.

Bid updates: All bidders will receive text message updates throughout the week leading up to the "Prom Through the Decades" Dream Makers 2026 Gala.

Winning bids: Confirmed immediately when the auction closes on February 21. The registered credit card on file will be charged at that time.

Item pick-up begins: Monday, February 23 at the Minnetonka Public Schools District Service Center (DSC) - 5621 County Road 101. Item pick-up is available from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

All items must be picked up by Friday, February 27.
Proof of ID is required at pick-up.
Items cannot be shipped/mailed.
Alcohol-related items: These cannot be picked up at the DSC. To arrange pickup, please contact Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation.
