To be prepared by Akin Akinyemi, Leon County Property Appraiser. As Akin travels the world and meet people of different ethnicities, he has learned how to prepare other cuisines. He will supply and prepare an authentic Chinese Hot Pot meal for up to eight people. The HotPot concept is similar to Fondue. Ingredients are prepared, placed on plates next to the hotpot burner(s), you start cooking by bring to a boil pot(s) containing the "base" (broth), each person adds the food items (vegetables, starches, meat, etc.) of their choice and you eat right there. Akin will work with you to select the ingredients of your liking. He will prepare the meal at your house; travel is limited to within 50 miles of the capital building.

Akin is the Leon County Property Appraiser. He was born in Lagos Nigeria. Akin was raised as a member of the Yorba tribe. His mother, Tawa Anjorin, was a member of the royal house of Sunni Adewale. Akin lived in Nigeria until he moved to the United States to attend the school of Architecture at the University of
Minnesota and then FAMU.
