Step into the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas right here in Chicago! Join fellow Prescott parents, teachers, and friends for an unforgettable night of fun, fundraising, and a little friendly luck! Enjoy an open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres and a live DJ spinning beats for dancing late into the night. Try your luck at Vegas-style games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker, dealt by our very own 3rd grade teacher and poker professional Ms. Stefan, or test your fortune in exciting games and surprises throughout the evening.

Feeling generous? Go ALL IN for Prescott at our silent auction, featuring local restaurants, amazing gift certificates, exclusive teacher experiences, parent-hosted parties, and classroom cash that help our students shine.

About Prescott Elementary
 William H. Prescott Elementary School is a place where academics are rigorous, teachers are extraordinarily talented, and where students' creative minds and caring hearts are nurtured and contribute significantly to their communities.

Prescott is regularly recognized with distinctions:

• Prescott was named a 2025 Illinois Governor's Blue Ribbon School - the only Chicago Public School to receive this honor in 2025.

• Chicago Magazine named Prescott #9 out of over 400 elementary schools within Chicago Public Schools for academic achievement and growth. 

• In 2025, Erika's Lighthouse awarded Prescott as a  Peggy Kubert Model School in Mental Health Excellence, the only school in Illinois.

• The State of Illinois honored Prescott School as a top 10% school in 2024, 2023, & 2022  (Illinois Exemplary Summative Designation).

• In 2023, the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) recognized Prescott's  Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP),, one of 32 schools in the state of Illinois. 
  

• In 2019, Prescott won the National Blue Ribbon School, the highest school award from the US Department of Education.

• In 2018, Prescott was one of only 13 schools among 700+ to be named a fully Healthy School.

• Prescott scored in the top 9% of schools nationally in reading and top 11% in math on the yearly NWEA/MAP assessment (2014-2019)
  

Your gift directly benefits the students and Prescott Elementary School.

In 2025 our community raised approximately $120,000 to support our school. With your generous support, we have been able to purchase classroom supplies, classroom technology, recess supplies, gardens/grounds supplies, and fund student clubs/activities. We were also able to support teacher/staff professional development and fill the gaps in school operations funding. Your donations to Prescott Parents help Prescott fill gaps in funding from CPS to reach these heights.
