Designed and decorated in collaboration with the Southold Elementary School Student Council, Kirsten Kesicki of Yard Crop, Luisa Alvarado of Gardens by Beds and Borders, and Michele Roeser Caruso, this beautiful tree celebrates how both gardens and communities flourish through kindness, respect, and cooperation. Each clay ornament was handmade and painted by the students with intention and care, reflecting the belief that every child is like a unique flower, and together they create a more beautiful world.

The tree is adorned with floral elements foraged from the Southold Elementary School garden, Yard Crop gardens, and the Gardens by Beds and Borders. A delicate marigold garland, handmade flower ornaments, a dried floral wreath tree topper, and handwritten quote cards all come together to inspire kindness throughout the holiday season.
