Enjoy a 1-week stay in this beautiful lakeside cabin in Grantham, New Hampshire's Eastman community located near the Vermont border between Mt. Senapee & Dartmouth.

Hike under a colorful canopy in the woods in the morning and play golf on the 18-hole semi-private course, pickleball or tennis in the afternoon. Make ski or snowshoe tracks in freshly fallen snow and warm up with your favorite cuisine and beverage by the fire in Forbes Tavern. Cast a line in the pristine lake. The property sleeps 6-8 guests with a king size bed in the primary, and two additional bedrooms, each with a pair of twin beds. There is also queen-size pullout sofa in the family room on ground level, which opens right onto a high lawn that leads straight down to the lake where guests can enjoy the use of two stand-up paddle boards, two kayaks, three snow sleds, frisbees, etc.

Summer and fall activities include sailing and lake activities, swimming, as well as a nature preserve, birding & butterfly preserve, yoga/group exercise classes and gym, disc golf course, family concerts on the dock, sunfish, canoes and paddle boat rentals are also available at the nearby activities center. Enjoy berry picking, antiquing, and exploring the great towns of New London, Sunapee, and Hanover in NH, and Queechee, Vermont.

Winter activities: XC ski center, ice trekking and hiking trails with warming yurt, downhill skiing at Mount Sunapee (15 mins away) or Killington and Okemo (60 and 75 mins drive respectively), jazz and an on-site orchestra on select weekends at the clubhouse/pub or join the fun with trivia nights and other pub games.

No pets. Dates to be mutually agreed upon with the owner by June 20, 2026. Valid through April 30, 2027.
