We are excited to announce the 8th Annual Shine On Gala celebrating 70 years of RCS Empowers, Inc on Saturday, November 1st. This year, we are transforming our traditional holiday festival into an elegant evening featuring dinner, live and silent auctions, a special RCS program, and a touch of holiday décor.

Thanks to your generosity, past Shine On events have funded life-changing improvements for our participants, including the upcoming renovation of our Commons area. The project totals $300,000 and still requires essential furniture upgrades.

Proceeds from the 2025 Shine On Gala will directly support these upgrades, with donor naming opportunitie savailable. Our Commons serves as the heart of daily programming, meals, and community events-our vision is a warm, welcoming space that matches the improvements made to our atrium, leisure, and classroom areas.

For 70 years, RCS has proudly provided day programming, employment training and placement, and youth services, empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence and inclusion. Your continued support makes this mission possible.
