Kalā Yoga is a warm, inclusive, art-filled sanctuary and supportive yoga community with two locations in Brooklyn - Bushwick & Williamsburg. We seeks to illuminate the yogic teachings, elevate happiness, and help others find a portal to a more tranquil and fulfilling way of living. Grounded in rich yoga traditions, while also celebrating modern practices that support overall health, Kalā Yoga offers a range of thoughtfully designed classes that appeal to both advanced practitioners and beginners including Heated (90 degrees) and non-heated Vinyasa Yoga (75 degrees), Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.

In Sanskrit, kalā translates to art, and is more broadly defined as the magical expression of all that we are capable of. In celebration of artful magic, our Bushwick studio also serves as an art gallery, and both studios have a boutique section. We go beyond the traditional yoga experience by hosting special events that nourish the soul and acupuncture, massage and bodywork treatments that soothe the body. From art openings to live music performances, workshops, and body work, we offer a diverse range of activities that inspire creativity, foster self-expression, and promote holistic growth. We welcome artists, musicians, makers, yogis, authors, healers and collaborators of all kinds to share in our space, creating a vibrant and dynamic community.
