Private Wine Pairing Dinner for 12 at Mohonk's Picnic Lodge

Sip, savor and celebrate the magic of Mohonk with this carefully crafted five-course wine pairing dinner for your group of 12. Your group will be welcomed to Picnic Lodge in Mohonk style with a beverage and hors d'oeuvres. Picnic Lodge's covered porch is the perfect location to settle in for a relaxing evening with friends, tucked beneath tall trees, away from it all. The thoughtfully created menu will feature a taste of the season, made with local, fresh ingredients by Executive Sous Chef Steve Anson. Wines for this tasting experience are donated by M.S. Walker wines, a fifth generation, family-owned wine and spirits importer and distributor. Adrian Chalk, a New York based purveyor of fine wine will guide you through each pairing. Adrian has decades of experience in the industry, travelling the world to create a wine collection that reflects his commitment to authenticity, terroir and winemaking with a sense of place.
