and hospitality at an early age. After completing his formal culinary training, he went on to study under European Master Chefs, where he cultivated his distinctive style. Marcus further hones his skills in Michelin star restaurants and abroad in some of the world's most prestigious cruise lines, serving as Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef.
Now as the chef and owner of Atlas Catering and Events, Marcus brings his expertise to private aviation, weddings, and special events. His culinary philosophy revolves around a healthier, down-to-earth lifestyle, emphasizing the natural flavors of food. He partners with local suppliers to source the best regional
ingredients, creating fresh, flavorful dishes that reflect his commitment to sustainability.
In addition to his culinary career, Marcus balances his love of cooking with biking and spending time with his wife and children.
Throughout his career, he has earned accolades for his talents, including a Gold Medal for his pastries and a Bronze Medal in the American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year competition, as well as recognition for Best Locally Owned Restaurant.
