"Pip" is a 2025 chestnut warmblood filly by Selle Français stallion, Bas Blanc, and out of Hanoverian mare, PFluffy R. Pip's sire, Bas Blanc, was a powerhouse stallion, imported to the United States after a successful jumping career in international 1.50 meter classes in France and Germany. He passes his solid bone, powerful muscling, and impressive athletic ability onto his progeny, and many have gone on to excel both over fences and in the dressage arena. Pip's dam, PFluffy R, is sired by Westfalen stallion, Pablo. He is well known for his progeny's high marks in both jumping and dressage with over 52 offspring placing at the Grand Prix level and several competing in international FEI competitions. In 2005, Pablo claimed the title of top producing stallion with progeny earnings in excess of $475,000 and more offspring competing at the Grand Prix level than any other stallion in the United States. Pip has an incredibly friendly and inquisitive nature and with a good mind and solid build she is sure to add to the success of her lineage. She moves with grace and agility, and naturally catches the eye when turned out, which will undoubtedly transfer to her career under saddle.
