For more than 30 years, local families have partnered with Beaches Habitat for Humanity to build and repair safe, affordable homes in the Jacksonville Beaches community.
Today, the rising cost of housing and limited supply of affordable options continue to impact families - not just here, but around the world. Many are living paycheck to paycheck, facing difficult choices between rent and other essentials. Some cannot find a safe place to live, while others aren't able to afford critical home repairs.
People who partner with Beaches Habitat come from many different backgrounds, but they share a common goal: to create a better future for themselves and their families.

Our homeownership program gives families the opportunity to build and purchase affordable homes, while our repair program helps seniors and veterans stay in the homes they love and age in place with dignity.
