Brims & Bowties: A Night at the Derby

Thank you for your continued support of Father Allouez Catholic School. We are excited to invite you to our annual fundraiser Brims & Bowties:  A Night at the Derby, on November 15 from 6-10 PM! Only guests and volunteers 21+ are allowed in the gym.

The festivities include a live auction, silent auction, and raffle. Food and drink are included with ticket purchase.

Bring Cash

Please bring cash for the cash raffle, tips and let's not forget the 8th-grade coat check.

Check-in

Check-in at the Resurrection campus gym and provide the volunteer with your name. Please ensure your mobile number is on file to receive the welcome text message with a personal link to the online bidding page.

If you haven't registered a credit card at the registration table, you will be asked to register a credit card for the evening. 

Attire | Check-out

Attire  Guests typically wear attire that goes with the theme. So dress in your best Derby-themed attire.

Check-Out  We accept credit cards. If you are the winning bidder of a package, you must stop at the check-out table, and a volunteer will collect your purchases.

Hobby Horse Competition

New this year: Get Ready for a hilarious competition to support our school!

Get ready to cheer, laugh, and vote as seven brave jockeys saddle up for the first-ever FACS Hobby Horse Competition - all in support of our school!

Here's how it works:

• After the Jackpot Jockey Raffle, our fearless competitors will take the stage in a live, high-energy showdown. Guests will cast their votes to crown the winners of both the female and male divisions.
• Each $5 donation equals one vote - and there's no limit to how many times you can vote! Rally behind your favorite jockey and help them gallop their way to victory.
• The prize? Eternal glory, bragging rights, and a whole lot of laughs.
• Don't miss this unforgettable moment of fun and fundraising - it's going to be a lot of fun!
