SSRCH welcomes Andrea Hollingsworth, Ph.D., a global expert in compassionate leadership and radical self-compassion. With a background in both science and spirituality, Andrea has been researching and speaking on human emotions and relationships since 2008. She has taught at institutions like Princeton and Loyola University Chicago, and spoken at international venues including Cambridge and Heidelberg.
Her book, The Compassion Advantage, released in August 2024, offers practical tools for building more human-centered workplaces. Andrea lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where she continues to inspire leaders and teams to lead with care and resilience.

SSRCH welcomes Lisa X. Walden, cofounder of Good Company Consulting and expert on the future of work. As a speaker, strategist, and consultant, Lisa helps organizations build more authentic, empowering workplaces that inspire connection and meaningful change.
Her presentations combine insight, inspiration, and real-world tools that challenge the status quo and drive action. Lisa has worked with top companies like SAP, HP, and Lamar Advertising, and co-authored Managing Millennials for Dummies. Her latest book, The Future of Work is Human, explores how the workplace is evolving post-pandemic.
