Raffle Rules
1. Ticket Sales and Quantity: A maximum of 500 raffle tickets will be sold. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all tickets are sold or until the cutoff date.
2. Ticket Numbers and Verification: Each ticket will be assigned a random number upon purchase. All assigned ticket numbers will be laid out and available for public verification on the night of the event. Purchasers are encouraged to verify their ticket numbers before the drawing begins.
3. Ticket Stub Distribution: Ticket stubs will be available for pick-up at the Association office or can be mailed upon request. Mailing and in-person pickup will be available through August 29. Any ticket stubs not claimed by this date will be available for pickup on the night of the event at the designated check-in area.
4. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and claim a prize. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
5. Drawing and Winner Notification: The raffle drawing will be conducted at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Hotel on Friday, September 12, 2025 around between 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm. The winning ticket(s) will be drawn at random. Winners do not need to be present to win but must retain their ticket stub or proof of purchase for prize claim.
6. Prizes and Taxes: All prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their prize.
7. General Terms: The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle in the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by the organizers, which are final and binding. The drawing is being conducted by the Space Coast Association of REALTORS Foundation whose principal place of business is 2950 Pineda Plaza Way, Palm Shores, FL, 32940.
