The Jim B. Lemon Foundation was created in memory of our beloved friend, husband, father, son, brother, uncle and hall of fame golfer. This annual golf event is the main fundraiser for the Foundation and encompasses many of the things Jim enjoyed; time with family & friends, enjoying the outdoors and of course, the game of golf.

Jim battled stage four pancreatic cancer with resilience and an ever positive attitude. He savored each moment with family and friends, and enjoyed helping others. After a ten year career on the PGA Tour Canada, Jim led a prosperous wealth management business with his best friend, where he enjoyed giving back to those who helped him along the way. He applied much of what he learned through the game of golf, to his every day life. Whereby remembering, life is not about what happens to you, but rather, how you respond to what happens.

Jim will forever hold a special place in the hearts of so many, and a high regard with his fellow colleagues and competitors. In 2022 Jim was inducted into his alma matter, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Athletic Hall of Fame. In 2023 he was inducted into the Wisconsin state golf Association, Hall of Fame.

May we all be better for knowing Jim and may we always remember to Savor Every Second.
