NYC Real Estate & Construction Gala

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Gotham Hall. It was an unforgettable evening where we celebrated the achievements of this industry and supported the athletes of Special Olympics New York. 

This year's Real Estate & Construction Honoree was Larry Charlip, Director of Real Estate and Occupancy Planning at Roku. With over three decades of experience leading real estate strategy for top companies, including Schroders, Wenner Media, Take-Two Interactive, and Roku, Larry has delivered innovative, sustainable workplace solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. 

Together, we raised over $684,000 and supported 540 athletes during our Sponsor an Athlete portion of the night. Thank you!
