Description: This grant will fund a Promethean Panel to elevate authentic learning experiences in the Engineering and Agriculture classroom. With its interactive, collaborative design, the panel transforms instruction into hands-on, real-world learning that prepares students for future STEM careers.

Promethean technology allows students to explore engineering concepts, agricultural systems, and design challenges through simulations, multimedia visuals, and dynamic presentations that reflect industry practices. Students can annotate, design, and problem-solve directly on the panel-individually or in teams-building critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills. The multi-touch screen allows multiple students to interact at the same time, encouraging teamwork and active engagement.

Teachers can move freely around the room, support small groups, and cast lessons to student devices for improved visibility and accessibility. The panel also enables students to project their own work, showcasing prototypes, projects, and digital designs.
By integrating cutting-edge technology into the classroom, this Promethean Panel creates a dynamic environment where students take ownership of their learning. It enhances instructional flexibility, increases engagement, and helps students apply knowledge to solve authentic problems-directly supporting FISD's mission to provide future-focused, innovative learning opportunities for all students.
