Description: This grant will provide wobble stools for our Engineering, Robotics, and Agriculture classroom to enhance the learning environment for energetic middle school students. In a hands-on STEM space where collaboration, experimentation, and problem-solving demand focus, flexible seating becomes an essential support for student success. Traditional chairs require students to fight their natural need to move, draining cognitive energy and increasing disruptive behavior. Wobble stools channel movement into controlled motion, allowing students to stay mentally alert while their bodies remain engaged.

These stools provide benefits that directly support authentic learning in FISD:
- Improve student concentration during long build sessions, and technical challenges
- Increase stamina for seated work
- Support sensory needs and encourage self-regulation for students with ADHD, anxiety, and attention challenges
- Promote posture and core strength, helping students sustain focus and confidence
- Foster a classroom culture where all learners feel comfortable, valued, and ready to contribute

In a multidisciplinary environment, learning is active and continuous - the physical space must match that reality. Wobble stools ensure students can lean into their curiosity, collaborate productively, and stay fully engaged in real-world engineering and agriculture experiences.
