Description: Students across campus have a variety of sensory processing needs that are able to be met with standard school activities. Running, climbing, and sliding at recess provides sensory input to regulate their bodies and prepare them for learning. Some student require additional support in their classroom throughout the day. Providing equipment that can be used indoors helps students meet their sensory needs until it is time for larger sensory and movement breaks (ie: PE, Recess). This grant would provide students with opportunities to regulate their senses through tools that are not already provided on campus.
