The session will be 3-4 hours depending on what is covered with plently of time for Q&A. You will learn some her favorite "easy" but impressive recipies and tips to transform them seasonally.

About Tiffany MacIsaac

Born and raised on Maui, Tiffany MacIsaac is an award-winning pastry chef celebrated for her artistry and leadership in the culinary world. After training at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, she earned one Michelin star each at renowned restaurants CRU and Allen & Delancey. Tiffany later brought her talents to Washington, D.C., where she helped open Birch & Barley, earning three stars from The Washington Post and her first RAMMY Award for Best Pastry Chef in 2011.

A three-time James Beard Award semi-finalist and two-time RAMMY winner, Tiffany went on to launch the acclaimed Buttercream Bakeshop in 2016. Her work has been featured in Food & Wine, The Today Show, Martha Stewart Weddings, Art Culinaire, and The Washington Post. Beyond the kitchen, Tiffany serves on the boards of RAMW, Educated Eats, and Regarding Her, and actively supports organizations such as Safe Shores, No Kid Hungry, and Chance for Life.
