Pam Lethbridge x Scott Rosenthal Collaboration
stoneware, underglaze
13.5" H x 14.75" W x 11" D
This quirky and imaginative piece is a collaboration between Pam Lethbridge and Scott Rosenthal. Two small, fairy-tale figures sit nestled in a minimalist car, a juxtaposition that is sure to delight. The separate parts can also be displayed separately, adding a degree of flexibility. Evoking both childhood and play, this is a piece that will entertain anyone wherever it goes!
Artist(s) Statement
{Pam Lethbridge} All that has occurred under the surface, during the dream and long ago influences my work. I am not attempting to convey a message, just a feeling. The figures are at once vulnerable, sweet and frightening. I am particularly interested in their relationship to each other. When a figure is alone it calls out to be tenderly picked up. If in a group, each has an obvious attachment to the other.
