Britt Lower is an actress, writer and filmmaker, best known for her portrayal of 'Helly R.' and 'Helena' in the Apple TV series, Severance. In September, Britt won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her work on the show. Britt's other recent projects include the Tribeca Film Festival selections, Darkest Miriam and Psycho Therapy, in which she stars alongside Steve Buscemi. Britt will soon be seen starring opposite Sam Worthington and Milo Ventimiglia in the Netflix limited series I Will Find You, based on Harlan Coben's novel.
Britt's earlier celebrated work includes the leading female role in the half-hour FX series Man Seeking Woman, created by Simon Rich and produced by Lorne Michaels. She also had memorable recurring roles on Future Man and Casual for Hulu. Britt's short film, Circus Person, in which she starred and wrote, directed and produced, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2021. She is currently writing a feature-length adaptation.
