This year's festivities will once again take place in two different locations. All events on Friday and Saturday morning will take place at the Bozeman Best Western Plus, Grantree Inn. The banquet on Saturday night will be held at the Montana State University (MSU) Student Union Building (SUB).
Schedule of Events
Friday, March 6th at the Best Western Plus, Grantree Inn, 1325 N 7th Avenue, Bozeman, Montana:
5:00 pm - Our Conservation night and membership meeting will run until 10:00 pm. This is a free event and is open to the public. There will be raffles, vendors and a cash bar.
5:00 pm - Bubbles, Boots & Bighorns is a ladies only event. Doors open at 5 pm. Bubblies, raffles, and great times. This is a ticketed event and is open to the public.
6:15 pm - Membership meeting
Saturday, March 7th at the Best Western Plus, Grantree Inn, 1325 N 7th Avenue, Bozeman, Montana:
8:30 am to 2:00 pm - Seminars, free and open to the public.

Saturday, March 7th at MSU SUB Building, 751 Grant St, Bozeman, Montana:
4:00 pm - Doors open for our 34th Annual Banquet, dinner, drinks, auction, raffles and entertainment. This is a members only ticketed event.

The 10 day one-on-one guided hunt will take place August, 2026 in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. This is a physically demanding backpack hunt. The winner will need to be in good physical condition. See rules to the drawing below.
