Ford Motor Company and WJR continue to uplift children of the Motor City and now in partnership with The Lomas Brown Jr. Foundation and the Children's Foundation.

The Lomas Brown Jr Foundation
Partnering with Detroit communities since 1991, The Lomas Brown Jr. Foundation provides postsecondary scholarships and financial aid to college-bound high school students. Through educational and physical conditioning enhancement camps, The LBJF aims to strengthen students' academic skill sets, physical abilities, life skills and career awareness. Motivating youth in physical fitness programs, healthy nutritional habits, academic enhancements, studying technology and life skills development helps create a mindset of success while fostering diversity and inclusion.
The Children's Foundation
The Children's Foundation has a strong, committed mission to improve the health and wellness of children and families with history tracing back to supporting Children's Hospital of Michigan. As The Foundation has grown and evolved, it has broadened itself to provide for kids both inside and outside of the hospital. For more than 100 years, it has stewarded funds to enable better treatment, improve health outcomes, and create more equitable opportunities for kids today and generations to come.
By putting the needs of the community and collaboration at the forefront, the Children's Foundation is a philanthropic leader in the health and wellness of children and families. Through grantmaking, advocacy, and bringing together passionate individuals who want to solve issues facing children, The Foundation builds capacity to create meaningful and impactful change.
