How often does one get the keys to an art museum and told to enjoy!
Amazing art collection and charming hosts in an ancient city with an incredible art history. My suite was located in the museum building just off the sculpture garden and featured art from the artists that made Barbizon famous for their depiction of landscapes and the locals.

The Barbizon Suite is a luxurious suite that pays homage to the famous 19th-century Barbizon School, which brought fame to the village and the entire region. Set amidst a gallery dedicated to contemporary art, the classical beauty of works by Camille Magnus, Albert Charpin, André Cortés, Albert Rigolot,
and many others invites you to rediscover the village and forest.

A romantic suite. Paintings by the great masters of the Barbizon School blend harmoniously with the room's contemporary decor.

The suite is accessed directly from the gallery's garden via a staircase leading to the first floor.

A small furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the view of the sculpture garden.
