5C- Karim Bettayeb "Respect: The Light We Share"
This collaborative artwork by the 5C students is a powerful tribute to the value of respect - a light we choose to see and embody every day. Inspired by Amanda Gorman's words, "For there is always light, if only we're brave enough to see it," the students reflected on how respect is a guiding light in building connection, trust, and community.

The centerpiece of the work is the word RESPECT, painted as a vibrant graffiti mural. But look closely - the letters themselves are filled with photos from the school year, capturing the faces, smiles, and memories of each student. Every image represents a unique story, yet together they form one powerful message: that respect is not just a word, but something we live and create together. These faces and memories that define this diverse and vibrant class. Every photo represents a unique identity, and together, they tell a shared story.

This artwork is both a celebration of the year and a reminder that light - like respect - is always present, if we choose to recognize it in one another.
