HAVANA NIGHTS ATTIRE ENCOURAGED  

Join us for the sights and sounds of Havana for a night of tropical glamour and giving. Our "Havana Nights" fundraiser promises a fun escape, blending the sizzle of Cuban culture with the excitement of supporting Christ Academy.

Guests will be greeted with an atmosphere of warmth and energy, enjoying savory Cuban-inspired hors d'oeuvres, and fun entertainment designed to keep the night buzzing.

The atmosphere is electric with an infectious rhythm of Havana-style music. Guests can mingle in their finest tropical attire as they explore a sensory journey of flavor and artistry.

Custom Chocolate Creations The evening's centerpiece is a decadent chocolate sampling and competition. Local chefs showcase their creativity with unique, custom chocolate desserts. Guests become the judges, sampling these exquisite creations and casting their votes for their favorite masterpiece.

High-Energy Entertainment Witness the magic of Annika Wooton, a high-energy speed painter, as she creates a stunning work of art right before your eyes, adding a thrilling visual element to the evening's entertainment.

Raffles & Silent Auction Peruse a selection of items in our silent auction and participate in exciting raffles, all benefiting a worthy cause.

The Chocolate Soirée will be an experience where the thrill of the auction, the excitement of live art, and the indulgence of fine chocolate creations come together for a night of tropical escape and community support.

Soiree Guest Information: 

Registration: Guests must register on their phone to bid on the online auction, purchase raffle and game tickets. A credit card is required to participate online, but guests do not have to pay with a credit card. See a Soiree Tech Assistant for more information or to bid with their help.
VIP Tickets: VIP ticket holders receive reserved tables and complimentary beer and wine that is available at all bars.
Event Schedule:
8:45pm: Deadline to turn in vote for favorite chef.
9:00pm: Chef Awards Presentation, live auction items, Heads or Tails game, and raffle drawing at the stage.
10:30 pm: Silent auction ends. Pick up certificates or items at the auction tables if attending the event. All items will be available at Christ Academy on Monday, January 26TH for pick-up.
Activities:
Vote for Your Favorite Chef: Turn in your ticket in the boxes at the front of the stage by 8:45pm.
Raffles: Purchase raffle tickets on the Soiree website. Do not have to present to win.

Heads or Tails Game: Must be present to participate.

Wine & Chocolate Pull: A delightful twist on a traditional raffle, combining two beloved indulgences into an exciting game of chance and discovery. Participants purchase a ticket for a set price, which grants them the opportunity to "pull" a surprise bottle of wine and/or a decadent chocolate treat!
Assistance: Need help or have questions? Assistance and charging stations are located at check-in. We can take cash! Visit the Soiree Staff Assistant at the check-in desk.
