Dana Adelman is a dedicated Group Exercise Instructor at the Duneland YMCA, where she leads BodyPump and Spin classes and has been inspiring the community since 2018. She lives in the Duneland area with her husband Aaron, their two children Lex and Elin, and their pug, Snack Pack. Dana's passion for fitness and community shines through her work, and she's honored to represent YMCA staff in this year's Dancing Like the Stars event. The YMCA has played a vital role in her fitness journey, and she's excited to give back to the warm and welcoming community she loves.

A fun fact about Dana-she can touch her tongue to her nose! Although she and her husband are both from Canton, Ohio, they didn't meet until their 30s while living in Chicago (thanks to a Facebook message!). Dana is looking forward to making new connections and dancing alongside her talented partner Kristin, a former Purdue dance captain-just don't bring up that Ohio State vs. Purdue game on happening on November 8, the same day they will be dancing together!
