Get a two night stay Air B&B experience in May at a historic Colonial Revival Home built in 1897. Wonderfully decorated rooms adorn the house. Close to exciting nightlife activities.

Historic home totally restored to perfection. Home has great outdoor living space to enjoy during the warmer months, also has a hot tub to enjoy during the cooler months. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, CMU, University of Pittsburgh, Chatham University, Duquesne University, Carlow University, Carnegie Mellon University, Phipps Conservatory, Clayton, (H. Fricks home place now a museum). Oakland is only blocks away. Heinz Field, PPG Paints arena are only 5 miles from our home.

The Space
Each bedroom accommodates two people. Additional rooms will need booked for additional people. Blow up beds can be added to the room for an additional charge. There is a charge for pets.

Guest access
There is no laundry access for guests. You are welcome to use the fridge, and microwave. There is no cooking on the stove, or grill. All dishes must be cleaned and put away.

During your stay
Always give guests their privacy, but can message for any suggestions exc.

What's for breakfast: Coffee, Tea, Fresh Fruits, & snack bars.

About the hosts:

My partner and I are in the interior Design business. We enjoy meeting new people for different walks of life and sharing experiences. Big into food and drink. For guests, we always have drinks and snacks available.
