Includes removal of old unit & installation of new unit. Home must have space to mount tank within 15' of external basement wall. 3/4" gas & water supply along with electrical supply is required to accommodate water flow and necessary BTU's. Home must have accessible ceiling and clear unobstructed wall space.

Unit must be installed within 5' of the existing unit that we are replacing. Winning bidder must be using a flue that is vented thru the chimney. This auction listing does not include a power vent, but is available for an additional fee.
