This auction listing is for an Estate Planning Package. Estate planning is everything comprising the net worth of an individual, including all land and real estate, personal possessions, financial securities, case, and other assets that an individual owns or has a controlling interest in. Estate planning is a way of making sure your assets transfer to the people you choose. It can help to minimize income, gift, and estate tax burdens on loved ones after the passing of the Testator/Testatrix. Without an estate plan, and specifically a will, the laws in your state will determine what happens to your possessions and the Courts will decide who gets custody of your minor children. Estate planning protects your beneficiaries, your children, and your heirs, as well as preventing any family disputes over assets.

Fine Print:

Once a package is purchased at auction, the buyer/client should contact Sommer Law Group, P.C. to set up a consultation call with the attorney. Once SLG has all of the required information, they will provide the client with a Legal Services Agreement (LSA) for signing.The return of the signed LSA to SLG will officially open the client's file and allow for the work to begin. All packages will require information and feedback from the client to proceed and complete.
