This auction item is valid for a $5,000 event certificate for Pittsburgh's Grand Hall at the Priory. It can be used for the event space rental, hotel rooms and food. It is not valid for state sales tax (7%) and service charges (23%). This would be paid by cash/check, credit cards would have a 3% surcharge. Sales tax must be paid on the full retail value of the item and not the final bid price. No cash/credit back for unused portion. Promotional value expires 1 year from date of purchase. No change given. One certificate per person. Cannot be used to pay for events that have been previously booked with the Priory. Dates for usage are based upon availability.
