The reservation is subject to availability. It is not applicable during blackout dates or holidays. The Kids & Teens Stay Free promotion is applicable only at family-oriented resorts and is subject to availability at the time of booking. The maximum occupancy per room varies by property. The period described above cannot be extended under any
circumstances, and the stay may not be transferred or sold. It does not include supplementary charges such as laundry, dry cleaning, resort boutique, transportation, spa, or golf.
It may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions. This letter must be presented in its original form at check-in, accompanied by an official ID with photo.
Additional guests and nights must be paid upon check-in at the property. Any upgrades are subject to availability at the property and have an additional charge. Upgrades cannot be requested in advance. Not redeemable for cash.
Reservations must be requested no more than 90 days before travel. Allow 7 business days to process your request and receive an email confirmation. Accommodation will be in Royale Deluxe Run of House at each hotel. Le Blanc Spa Resorts properties and Sun Palace are adults-only. Nights can
only be redeemed in one (1) single stay; unused nights will be forfeited. The Palace Company reserves the right to relocate you to another property in case of high occupancy upon arrival. Any alterations made to this letter will automatically invalidate this certificate. Lost or stolen prize letters cannot be duplicated. Other restrictions may apply.
Accommodation, meals, beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), and taxes are included at our all-inclusive resorts only. At Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, meals and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are not included, except at Baglioni Maldives Luxury All-Inclusive. City tax is not included at Baglioni hotels.
