Mid-South Scholarship Cutting Auction Procedures

• All donated breedings will be offered for sale online at (website) from Wednesday May 21st at 10 AM until Sunday May 25th at 6 pm
  
• The auction will have a race style finish
  
• Bidder Responsibility - It is the potential bidder's/mare owner's responsibility to contact the stallion owner and/or breeding facility for additional fees prior to bidding. All placed bids are binding and may not be retracted once submitted
  
• Bids will be placed in increments of $100
  
• Buyers will be contacted via email once the auction is over
  
• Buyers have 24 hours from auction end to make arrangements to mail check, pay by credit card with 3.75% fee, or pay at the show
  
• Once Mid-South Scholarship Auction receives payment for the breeding, the stallion owner and breeding facility will be notified. The buyer will be copied on this email
  
• All breeding arrangements are made by the buyer and the donor and/or the breeding facility
  
• Any breeding purchased through this Mid-South Scholarship Cutting Auction may NOT be transferred or re-sold by the purchaser. Breedings are for the 2026 season. Any carryover to a future year is at the sole discretion of the Stallion Owner
