AMI PARK is a textile-based artist based in Queens, New York. Her work explores the relationship between the human mind, emotion, and materiality through sculptural installations. Influenced by her immigrant background, spirituality, and scientific frameworks, Park addresses themes of identity, perception, and subconscious bias. Her work has been exhibited at the Bronx Museum (NY), MoMA PopRally (NY), Czong Institute for Contemporary Art (Korea), KuBe Art Center (Beacon, NY), Pen + Brush (NY), and Chashama (NY), among others. Her work has been featured in Hyperallergic and The Observer. She has received fellowships and grants from the Bronx Museum, New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA), Cerf+, Creative Rebuild New York, and The Puffin Foundation. She completed residencies at LMCC Arts Center and the SVA Bio Art Residency. Upcoming exhibitions include a solo show at Garage Art Center and a two-person show at NARS Foundation in 2026.
