Sasha Odesa is a Ukrainian-born, NYC-based actor and intuitive painter. She is best known for her acclaimed performance in the title role of David Bezmozgis' independent film Natasha, which earned her a Best Actress nomination at the Canadian Screen Awards. The film enjoyed a successful run on the international festival circuit and opened in theaters across New York and Canada to glowing reviews, including praise from The New York Times. Natasha is now streaming on Amazon Prime, iTunes, and all major platforms.

Her additional film credits include Craig Singer's award-winning psychological thriller "6:45", "Zulu Wedding", and Matthew Kohn's "Luxe Hotel". She has also voiced characters in Bill Plympton's animated feature "Slide". Sasha is currently developing a film about a young girl who loses her father on the battlefield in Ukraine.

During the early days of the pandemic, Sasha launched her art project Wav8motion (Wavemotion), creating customized healing paintings for clients around the world. Since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, she has curated and organized fundraising exhibits in New York City and the Hamptons to support Universal Aid for Children, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
