Together with more than 300 community members and friends, we'll raise funds to expand access to mental health care and education-reminding those who struggle that they are not alone and that hope is always within reach.

Remote Bidding:
Even if you are not physically present at the event, you can still bid on and win bags from the silent auction! Click "Register to Participate" and use your personal bidding link via GiveSmart on your cell phone to bid remotely. A member of the HopeWay team will contact you following the event to coordinate getting your items to you (either pick up at our adult campus for local residents or we can mail for those outside of Charlotte).
Bidding will go live November7th!
WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS FUNDRAISER SUPPORT?
Since HopeWay is a non-profit, your purchases and donations support best-in-class holistic and integrated mental health care. Funds raised also bolster our financial assistance program to increase access to a wider population who need our help. In 2024 we gave over $600,000 in financial aid and served over 1,000 clients. Thank you for your support!
WHAT DO I WEAR?!?
Attire for the event is business casual - something you would wear out to dinner. Quail Hollow has a no denim policy.
TIMING OF THE EVENT:
6:30 pm Check In
Eat, Drink, Mingle and Bid
7:15 pm About HopeWay
8:00 pm Raffle Ticket Sales Close
8:15 pm Silent Auction Closes
8:30 pm Check out will open in the ballroom
CHECK IN:
When checking in at the main lobby at Quail Hollow Club:
You will be asked to verify your cell number and email address. We will use your cell number to text important messages throughout the event (but not after). At the end of the night your receipt will be emailed to you.
We will also verify what payment you would like to use. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. All confirmed purchases will automatically get charged to this credit card at the end of the night. If you decide you want to pay cash, write a check or use a different card at check-out we will have a Payment Processing table at the end of the night and our volunteers can gladly help you.
SILENT AUCTION:
Make sure your cell phone is charged! You will bid using your personal bidding link via GiveSmart on your cell phone. No paper bid sheets will be used to allow for easier access to items and check out process. Please come to the registration table if you have any questions throughout the night. We will have iPads available to assist with bidding if you have trouble.
CHECK OUT:
Check out will open at 8:30 pm in the ballroom where the handbags are located. Find any volunteer with a blue clipboard and they will take you to the bag you have purchased to complete check out.
If you do not have any items to bring home you can select "check out" on your phone and you will be all set.
RAFFLE ITEMS:
Tickets are 1 for $25 or 5 for $100. Raffle ends at 8:15. Winners will receive a text message at the end of the evening.
