Train with Sean Collins, certified boxing fitness instructor, for two high-energy, 45-minute small group classes for up to five people. Besides being certified through Box N' Burn Academy (Levels 1 & 2), CPR/AED trained, Sean is a certified personal trainer with the American Sports & Fitness Association. He is also part of the LIU Development team. These full-body workouts combine boxing, calisthenics, and resistance training. Each participant receives Bout Boxing hand wraps to keep and free glove rentals. Must be used by December 31, 2025, on a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
